String Trio
For smaller events or budgets our string trio could be perfect. It consists of two violins and a cello and has a varied repertoire from classical music to the lighter pops.
The trio is especially good for classical music, light jazz and ragtime and has proven popular for special event nights such as “Titanic Night” and vintage themed events. Wedding ceremonies and breakfasts, funerals and celebration parties also work well.
As with the quartet amplification is available if necessary for a small boost, the trio is fully insured and able to cover the South and South West regions or further afield if required.
Violin & Piano Duo
The 4tissimo Violin & Piano Duo is an ideal combination for a smaller event or budget and has proven a popular choice for romantic proposals.
The repertoire is very similar to the quartet with lots of variety. Pop, movies, easy listening and jazz and classical music. Requests can also be taken if you have a particular song/tune in mind.
As with the full quartet, the duo are fully insured and travel is not a problem. Although based in Devon and Cornwall they can, and do, travel throughout the South of England and the Midlands.
Where a venue has no instrument of its own that is suitable to play, 4tissimo have their own digital piano which they can bring.
Piano
The 4tissimo Piano only offering is an ideal option for a smaller event or budget and has proven a popular choice for wedding breakfasts.
Our pianists can either play on instruments supplied by the venue or they can provide their own electric pianos and, if appropriate, amplification.
The piano repertoire is varied, and as with all our ensembles, any request can be accommodated.
Flute Quartet
The 4tissimo Flute Quartet can either be booked in conjunction with the full string quartet or on its own. Unlike our other ensembles, the Flute Quartet would match the full String Quartet pricing structure.
Perfect for weddings that are looking for a classical style, although contemporary pieces can also be acommodated.
Please note, the Flute Quartet can not be amplified and is best for indoor venues.
